All contest meat must be cooked on premises.
Use foil to turn-in containers for judging
No sauces on any meat at turn-in

SATURDAY, AUGUST 20th, 2011 TURN-INS

2:00pm – Jackpot Beans Turn in at Fair Hall
3:00pm – Chicken Turn In at Fair Hall

SUNDAY, AUGUST 21st, 2011

12:00 noon Ribs Turn In at Fair Hall
1:00pm – Brisket Turn In at Fair Hall
2:00pm – BBQ Winner Announced at Fair Hall
